What are the guidelines for the Achievers Club Trip?

Everyone must be 21 years of age, or older

Achievers Club guests are limited to spouses, significant others, friends, or family (no clients, vendors, or competitors, please)

If the guest is a RealPage employee, vacation time must be used, and it cannot be a quota carrying rep. Sales management approval is necessary for all proposed employee guests
Do I need a Passport?
Yes! A passport is required. The passport must be valid for six months from the date of departure. If you do not have a passport, please visit www.travel.state.gov for the most current information about the passport application process.
Do we really have to pay taxes?
Please note, under IRS regulations, all expenses for you and your guest related to this trip are considered taxable income to you. You are responsible for tax withholdings (Federal, Social Security, Medicare, and/or State) and payroll will deduct this from your paycheck after the trip (RealPage is paying 1/3 of your tax withholdings). The value of the trip is approximately $5,000-$7,000 per person.
How are flights booked?
After submitting your registration information, you will be contacted by Etherio, our travel partner, to complete your flight booking. Do not book flights directly or through RealPage Concur travel.
How do I book my hotel room?
Hotel accommodations will be made on your behalf for you and your guest. When you register, please specify if you have any special requests for your stay (room type-king bed or double beds, no feather pillows, etc.).
How do I get to and from the resort and the airport?
RealPage has arranged all ground transportation for you and your guest, so you do not need to do a thing.
What if I have special dietary restrictions or requests?
Any dietary restrictions or requests will be taken into consideration for all group meal functions. Please specify in the registration portal your specific needs.

If something comes up and I cannot attend an activity or dinner, what do I do?
