What are the guidelines for the Achievers Club Trip?

Everyone must be 21 years of age, or older
Achievers Club guests are limited to spouses, significant others, friends, or family (no clients, vendors, or competitors, please)
If the guest is a RealPage employee, vacation time must be used, and it cannot be a quota carrying rep. Sales management approval is necessary for all proposed employee guests

Do I need a Passport?

Yes! A passport is required. The passport must be valid for six months from the date of departure. If you do not have a passport, please visit www.travel.state.gov for the most current information about the passport application process.

Do we really have to pay taxes?
Please note, under IRS regulations, all expenses for you and your guest related to this trip are considered taxable income to you. You are responsible for tax withholdings (Federal, Social Security, Medicare, and/or State) and payroll will deduct this from your paycheck after the trip (RealPage is paying 1/3 of your tax withholdings). The value of the trip is approximately $5,000-$6,000 per person.

What if I wish to extend my trip?

If you choose to extend your trip before or after the program dates, you will be responsible for any costs associated with the deviation.

All expenses that deviate outside of the program are the responsibility of the Achievers Club qualifier.
All PTO must be approved by qualifier’s RealPage manager.

How are flights booked?

Flights must be secured through our travel partner, Etherio. Do not book flights directly or through RealPage Concur travel.

How do I book my hotel room?

The hotel has also been secured for you and your guest. When you register, please specify if you have any special requests for your stay (room type-king bed or twin beds, no feather pillows, etc.)

How do I get to and from the resort and the airport?

Ground transportation has also been arranged for you, so you do not need to do a thing. If you are extending your trip at The Excelsior, RealPage will provide transportation. If you are staying elsewhere, you are responsible for getting to The Excelsior on your own.

What if I have special dietary requests?

In the registration portal, you will specify if you have any special dietary restrictions.
